We seek a Mid-Level Senior Technical Content Writer with 5 to 7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality content for our product websites, social media posters, and video content scripts. This role requires a blend of technical understanding and practical communication skills to convey complex information.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop clear, concise, and engaging content for multiple platforms, including product websites, social media, blogs, and video scripts.
Technical Writing: Produce detailed technical documentation, product descriptions, user guides, and FAQs.
Research: Conduct thorough research to understand our products, industry trends, and audience preferences.
SEO Optimization: Implement best practices in SEO to ensure content is discoverable and ranks well in search engine results.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure content aligns with our brand voice and strategic goals.
Editing & Proofreading: Review and edit content for clarity, grammar, and consistency.
Requirements:
Experience: 5 to 7 years of proven experience in technical writing and content creation.
Education: Bachelors degree in English, Journalism, Technical Writing, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to translate them into user-friendly content.
SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to Detail: Strong editing and proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality output.
Tools: Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and word processing software, as well as familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Industry Knowledge: Experience in writing for SaaS products or technology companies.
Multimedia Content: Ability to create or script multimedia content such as videos or infographics.
Social Media: Experience managing and creating content for social media platforms.
