Your Key Responsibilities:
Real Estate Transactions: Oversee property acquisitions, sales, and legal agreements.
Contracts: Draft and review contracts, ensuring clarity, compliance, and risk management.
Regulatory Compliance: Handle RERA formalities and keep projects aligned with local laws.
Dispute Resolution: Navigate negotiations and litigation to resolve challenges effectively.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Be the legal bridge between internal teams, advisors, and authorities.
Legal Research: Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes.
What We’re Looking For:
Education: Law degree (LLB/JD). Additional certifications in real estate law are a bonus.
Experience: 5–7 years of legal expertise in real estate law, transactions, and compliance.
Skills: Strong legal acumen, negotiation skills, and attention to detail.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Kannada.
Personal Traits: Strategic thinker, proactive problem-solver, and effective communicator.
