Role: Senior Android Developer (Video/OTT)

About the role:
You are a smart, experienced, positive, creative, and a naturally inquisitive Mid or Senior Android Developer looking for growth within the video/OTT industries. You will be joining a multi-disciplinary feature squad and contribute to the creation and quality of our product suite. In this role, you will work alongside a passionate and driven team, use the latest cutting-edge tools and technologies (no legacy systems!), and enjoy autonomy and a broad scope of responsibilities. You believe in the importance of embodying our clients’ brand into the overall experience and you have a strong understanding or interest of TV apps.
Note: This position requires the successful candidate to be on site in either Mumbai or Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop well-crafted front end web apps, writing resilient code that will be continuously tested & deployed at scale
· Contribute to the team's technical direction and actively improve software quality
· Work closely with all members of the Agile team
Requirements:
· Strong background (4 years plus) in Android (Java/Kotlin, RxJava, Dagger, Gradle)
· Demonstrated leadership in delivering projects across multiple technology streams
· Agile development mindset
· Expertise in using tools like JIRA, git, confluence, continuous integration systems etc.
· An ability to create and maintain comprehensive solution documentation
· Excellent Communication skills, both written and spoken
