Mid-Weight Designer – Renowned Design & Build Firm
£38,000 - £45,000 + comms | Permanent Role | Revit, AutoCAD | London

We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Mid-Weight Designer with a flair for innovation and a passion for delivering exceptional commercial workspaces. Based in East London, this is a unique opportunity to work on high-profile projects with recognised clients and be part of their team growth as they expand accross new sectors. Responsibilities:
• Bring fresh, creative ideas to each project, ensuring innovative designs and drawings across all stages of the project.
• Interpret and develop client briefs into responsive and one-off projects
• Support Senior Designers in delivering high-quality D&B projects
• Produce detailed technical drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
• Collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Stay ahead of trends, applying best practices to all design work
• Show eagerness to expand into cross-sector projects in the future.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience as an Interior Designer or Architect (ARB not essential)
• Graduated from a top University with experience at top London firms (AJ100/D&B)
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD, with strong technical knowledge.
• A naturally creative individual who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to work at pace while maintaining attention to detail.
• A strong team player, capable of working alongside others whilst bringing your own voice and style.
• Comfortable taking initiative and working across varied sectors.
