Deliver proficient, patient-focused nursing/midwifery care.
Support the Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager in leadership and management activities.
Oversee care delivery within your team, ensuring compliance with standards and quality.
Assist with staffing, performance management, recruitment, and rostering responsibilities.
Mentor and guide student nurses and less experienced registered nurses.
Promote and implement practice changes to improve the quality of care.
