Here’s where you come in

Broda is looking to hire a welder to join our team. You will be working indoors with a great group of people, collaborating with team members in various departments. You’ll be working in a bright, clean warehouse, and helping to build products that make a real difference in people’s lives.

We are looking for someone who

Has a positive attitude

Has experience with setting up jigs and fixtures for welding

Is a problem solver, able to troubleshoot as needed

Is willing and able to learn new jobs in weld, with training from experienced welders, and in other departments as necessary

Can use hand tools, and power tools safely

Can follow instructions from supervisors and leads

Has sound understanding of welding safety

Is eager to learn about our products and parts

Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain throughput goals throughout the department

Broda provides on the job training and continuous coaching in every department

It would be fantastic if you

Had previous experience working with 16 gauge steel

Have production Mig welding experience in a fabrication environment

Have knowledge of 5S or good manufacturing practices for continuous improvement

Day shift (Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm)

$20.00 - $23.00/hr

Stable and secure 40/hr a week

Overtime paid over 40 hours
