About the Opportunity

No Borders Law Group is seeking experienced Migration Lawyers to join our offices in Brisbane or Sydney.



In this role, you will work closely with clients and your team to deliver exceptional legal advice and migration services. You will also play a pivotal role in maintaining professional standards, ensuring compliance, and ensuring the achievement of the team's KPI.



Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Providing tailored immigration legal advice and assistance to meet client needs
Preparing and reviewing legal submissions, contracts, and invoices
Managing client files, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance
Representing clients in courts and tribunals, as required
Coaching and mentoring junior team members to build a high-performing team
Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to achieve revenue goals
Keeping up-to-date with relevant laws, legislation, and industry changes
Actively engaging in networking and training opportunities to build relationships and skills


About You

To qualify, you must be a qualified lawyer holding a current Practising Certificate or be eligible to apply for one. While three years of experience is ideal, we welcome candidates with the right skills, passion, and commitment to migration law.



Additionally, the following skills and background will be highly valued:

Strong technical skills and up-to-date knowledge of migration legislation and policies
Proven ability to problem-solve and think strategically in complex migration matters
Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
A second language (highly regarded but not essential)

About the Benefits

Compensation is based on skills and experience, with a competitive annual salary package of $110,000 – $130,000, along with a host of excellent benefits, including:

Performance-Based Roster – Qualify for a bonus rostered day off (RDO) every fortnight when meeting KPIs.
