Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mining and Metals trade Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The Mining and Metals Trade Specialist will be responsible for sourcing metals scrap and other recyclable materials and mining waste from secondary sources. This role includes sourcing/procurement, interacting with suppliers and buyers and closing the deals and transactions, interacting with logistics partners etc.
Experience- 1 year minimum experience or freshers
Qualifications
• Expertise in the mining and metals industry, including industry-specific knowledge and experience
• Understanding of environmental best practices, climate-conscious strategies, and sustainability initiatives
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and academic thought leaders in the sustainability field
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Background in environmental sciences, engineering, or related fields (preferred)
• Passion for creating a positive environmental and social impact
