Roles & Responsibility of MIS Analyst
Individual needs to be Tech savvy, and strong knowledge on MS Excel (Vlook , Hlook), MS Word, PPT.
Formatting Resumes & uploading Resumes in Taleo, Workday , Maintaining interview tracker, Follow up interviews
Responsible for increasing number of qualified applicants in database
Understanding the resume based on technology, skill set, experience and education
Maintaining joining tracker.
Coordinating with Recruiters regarding client requirement.
Provide Market Intelligence/ Market Mapping .
Qualification Graduate ( Preferably B Sc. Graduate )
