What would your role at Navi look like?
• Publishing periodic reports for the CX and Collections Team.
• Gather and collect data to provide actionable insights to the respective stakeholders.
• Monitor critical KPIs on real-time basis and highlight any deviation to alert the functional teams.
• Collaborate with the Customer Experience and Collections team to improve productivity and business metrics.
• Define baselines for the parameters of the control tower.
• Work effectively and systematically as a part of a dynamic team with adherence to timelines.
• Critical thinker with having data-driven approach.
