REQUIREMENTS :
• Minimum Graduates mandatory
• Excellent verbal as well as written communication skills
• Minimum 1 year of experience as MIS Analyst at an International BPO
• Advanced Microsoft skills including Automation Excel, VBA, Access, Word, PowerPoint
• Hands on experience and good knowledge of SQL, Power BI, etc
• Practical experience with Reporting, Planning, Scheduling, Rostering, Forecasting, etc
• All documents related to Identification, Education and Previous Work experience mandatory
