MIS Analyst
Location- Narmani Point
Experience- 2 to 4 Years
Budget- 3.20 LPA
• Perform analysis on large data and creating dashboards using excel Pivot tables, VLOOKUP.
• Preparing multiple PPT according to SLA calculation of multiple teams.
• Monitoring the calls logged and assign them appropriately within SLA
• Preparing daily dashboards, Pending reports, Weekly reports.
• Preparing daily Engineer Productivity report and pending report.
• Preparing monthly MIS with PPT of different team.
• Preparing SLA report daily and monthly based on the SLA defined by business.
• Managing daily attendance of employees
