• Perform Administrative tasks
• Inventory checks &controls-Inward/outward
• Daily inventory reporting to head office
• Transportation Management
• Vendor Payment Management on daily basis
• Coordination with Vendors &Clients for action closure
• Filling & documentation
• Stakeholder management
Requirements
• Experience supporting a high-level executive in a fast paced, start-up environment
• Strong communication skills with attention to detail and a high level of organizational skills
• Have initiative in resolving problems and be an independent worker, with enthusiasm and an energetic approach to work
• Possesses a positive "get the job done" attitude and remains flexible in our ever-changing environment
• Self and Quick Learner
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills
• Reminding the Biz manager/Executive of important tasks and deadlines
