Roles & Responsibility
• Incumbent will be coordinating with the Sales team, stakeholders, and vendors to keep updated data in required formats and help disseminate important data required for tracking and managing teams and communicating relevant information.
• Report Generation, MIS generation, Pivot table preparation, Graph preparation, Excellence and speed in Excel including Formulas, Table formatting, V- Lookup, etc. (MS Excel and Google Sheets)
• Preparing and maintaining daily/weekly/monthly reports, Good in preparing PPT and developing processes to ensure accuracy in all manually generated MIS, responsible for data collection, sorting, and generating MIS, Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Excellent numerical ability, Excellent knowledge of all the formulas.
• Teamwork & Analytic skills. Should be proactive in researching what is the gap, identifying area of improvement for Sales Executive, City Managers, ASMs, and creating reports that are able to convey lucidly in a simple form.
• Giving MIS and inputs to the sales team on a real-time basis update hourly data to the sales team.
• Adept at Data communication and alert to quickly respond to mails, SMS, and WhatsApp. Ability to handle large database in a sorted mindset.
• Retailer Onboarding & De-boarding process follow-up at HO.
• Pending Schemes and Settlement follow-up at HO.
• Regularly update Manpower mapping of SEs, beat designing, Field Monitoring, and reinforce trackers for pooling out the desired data.
• He should be a tech-savvy and a team player
• Good to have- Self-Driven, Result Oriented, Problem Solving with Influencing skills, High Customer Orientation
• Having experience in FMCG (B2B), Retail, etc. will be adding an extra advantage
Desired Candidate Profile
• 4- 10 years of overall experience in MIS function.
• Experience in working with field teams would be preferred.
• Advanced Excel and Power Query would be a plus. G- Suite applications.
• Excellent data management skills are mandatory
• Ability to work along with field Sales teams.
• Understanding of Business support functions and considering internal customer satisfaction.
• Good organizational & Interpersonal skills, including the ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced dynamic business environment.
