Job Description
1. Report Generation:
- Prepare, generate, and maintain MIS (Management Information System) reports as required by the management and clients.
- Ensure the timely submission of accurate reports with key insights and actionable recommendations for clients.
• 2. Data Analysis and Dashboard Management:
- Handle multiple reports and dashboards including Vtiger, ERP and other organisation’s adopted softwares.
- Ensuring up-to-date and accurate data is available for decision-making.
- Create and maintain dashboards to visually represent key metrics and performance indicators.
• 3. Qualitative and Quantitative Research:
- Conduct in-depth qualitative and/or quantitative research to analyze trends and patterns within the data.
- Identify key findings from research and present them in a structured and meaningful way.
• 4. Data Maintenance and Backup:
- Maintain data integrity by regularly updating databases, ensuring data security and backups.
- Ensure all data used in reports is sourced correctly and is reliable.
• 5. Client Interaction:
- Communicate with clients, if necessary, to gather data requirements or provide recommendations based on reports.
- Act as a point of contact for resolving any data discrepancies or report-related queries.
• 6. Documentation and Process Improvement:
- Document report generation processes and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Identify areas for improvement in data management, reporting processes, and tools used for report generation.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
