We are seeking an experienced MIS Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of experience in Excel and Google Sheets, with a strong background in data analysis and reporting.
The MIS Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help drive business decisions. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to create reports and dashboards for management and other stakeholders
Collaborate with various departments to identify key metrics and KPIs to track and report on
Develop and maintain reporting processes to ensure accurate and timely delivery of data and insights
Identify trends and anomalies in data to provide recommendations for process improvements
Analyze business requirements and data sources to develop data models and solutions
Create and maintain documentation of data analysis processes and results
Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Excel and Google Sheets
Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with SQL and database management is a plus
