MIS Co-Ordinator - NFS Project (OFC Laying for Indian Defense)
• Annu Projects Private Limited, a leading infrastructure company indulge in the execution of the NFS Project (OFC laying for Indian Defense), is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy MIS Co-Ordinator to join our dynamic team.
• Responsibilities:
- Data Management & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of project data using Excel.
- Create insightful reports and presentations using pivot tables, charts, and graphs for effective data visualization.
- Utilize VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF logic, and date functions to manipulate and analyze data efficiently.
- Document Handling & Communication:
- Manage project documents efficiently, ensuring proper filing, retrieval, and version control.
- Project Monitoring & Tracking:
- Develop and implement systems for tracking project progress, milestones, and budget.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify potential risks or delays.
- Proactively communicate status updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Additional Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Punctual and dedicated to maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
• Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field (MIS, Engineering, Management, etc.) preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in a project-oriented environment.
- Strong understanding of Excel features, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF logic, and date functions.
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret data to generate meaningful reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in document management systems is a plus.
