• Job description/responsibilities to be done by the resource :
( Accounts Officer)
• Preparation and rolling out of different MISs(with respect to Bookings & Collections) to management for business verticals of ICE on a daily basis.
• Preparation of other MISs for the management from the master data with respect to bookings/collections/centers/resources/walk-in/processes etc.
• Preparation of data/files for month end closings like Student batch funnel, Student drop out list Student Security deposit list.
• Review/discussion/updation of outstanding collections with PAN India Sales team.
• Co-ordination with PAN India Sales team regarding day to day collections/bookings and other updates.
• Cash management i.e. Collection, handling & deposition of cash received at center.
• Petty cash management at center level for day to day expenses.
• Responsible for day to day accounting functions in relation to Accounts receivable part of the ICE (i.e. updation of master data in spreadsheet with respect to various data files, creations of masters of Students/updation of collection in books/Bank reconciliation of collection a/c etc.)
• Co-ordination with HR for preparation of Incentive workings of Sales team based out of Incentive policy running or as declared from time to time.
• Track, issue to centers and maintain physical verification of Students brochures, Student receipt books, Student course material etc.
• Other misc. work, as required by the reporting head from time to time.
· Banking operations.
• Co-ordination, booking, preparation of payment sheet for Security deposit refund to students.
• Preparation of initial working of statutory returns like (GST & TDS) on periodic basis and reconciliations thereof for review from reporting head.
• Preparation and timely updation of masters (like Vendor, Employee, Pan etc.)
• · Other misc. work, as required by the reporting head from time to time.
Kindly note:
1. Advanced working knowledge in latest versions of accounting software Tally & Microsoft excel.
2. Microsoft Power BI and other analytical tools would be an additional advantage.
