Bharti Maxtel Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our team. As an MIS Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and analyzing data to support decision-making processes within the organization. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Gathering, organizing, and analyzing data from various sources to generate meaningful reports and insights.
2. Developing and maintaining efficient data management systems and databases.
3. Creating and updating dashboards, charts, and graphs to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.
4. Monitoring and ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide necessary support.
6. Conducting regular audits to identify data discrepancies and implementing corrective measures.
7. Assisting in the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to optimize operational efficiency.
8. Staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance data analysis techniques.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as an MIS Executive or similar role.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
3. Proficiency in data management and visualization tools, such as Microsoft Excel.
4. Familiarity with database management systems and data extraction techniques.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
7. Knowledge of telecom industry trends and practices (preferred).
