Job Summary:
Sunex Stones Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced MIS Executive to manage and streamline the organization’s data systems and provide valuable reports for decision-making. The MIS Executive will be responsible for handling data management, generating reports, and analyzing information that helps improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and update the MIS system to support operational processes.
Compile, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, including sales, production, inventory, and financial performance.
Assist in the automation of data collection and reporting processes for improved efficiency.
Ensure proper data storage and retrieval processes, while maintaining data confidentiality.
Collaborate with various departments (Sales, Finance, Operations) to understand reporting requirements.
Monitor the performance of MIS systems and troubleshoot technical issues.
Provide recommendations to management based on data insights and analysis.
Ensure timely submission of reports and maintain proper documentation of all reports generated.
Work with the IT team to enhance system performance and security protocols.
