Job Summary (Night Shift)
Privately owned since Oct. 2010, Communication Solutions is an offshore outsourcing company that offers solutions related to back office research, development, analysis, and consultancy for top US brands across retail, hospitality, F&B, and real estate sectors.
Under the direction of the Team Lead, the MIS Data Specialist performs technical, data collection, and data analysis for multiple businesses. Candidate should possess advanced MS Excel skills and great English communication (written and spoken). Company Cab/Shuttle service for girls provided.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Provide oversight and management of multiple business’ database, including data entry, troubleshooting, and reporting.
· Enter all pertinent information into the relevant program and generates reports on a regular basis.
· Respond to calls with brand point of contacts and communicate as needed.
· Assist the application process and provides information to senior management.
· Reconcile data monthly with Team Lead and ensure data compliance with specified US regulations.
· Responsible for the input and electronic transmission of billing reports to senior management.
· Take the lead in data input for programs unable to input on their own.
· Coordinate services with relevant departments within and outside the organization as appropriate.
· Perform tasks to aid in the on-going support of computer users.
· Participate in writing of reports and documentation of methods and procedures, and analyze data.
· Other duties as assigned.
Education & Other Requirements:
· Must be a graduate with at least 2 years of relevant experience in handling MIS databases.
· Demonstrated proficiency and experience in the use of office and software including advanced MS Excel, as well as MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Ability to quickly learn software specific to the department.
· Must have excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
· Strong organizational skills, including ability to prioritize, work under tight deadlines, juggle multiple tasks, organize time effectively, conduct web searches, and identify resources.
· Must be able to communicate technical subject matter to end-users in a non-technical manner. Ability to work under time constraints and other demands.
· Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
