Job Title: MIS Executive – Projects & Administration

Role Summary:
We are looking for a MIS Executive to support our Projects & Administration department. The role involves day-to-day data handling, reporting, vendor coordination, and field-level operational support. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and vendors on ground.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update various reports related to asset tracking, vendor billing, project status, and site updates
Work extensively on MS Excel/Google Sheets to manage structured project data and administrative logs
Coordinate with vendors, facility teams, warehouse/store supervisors for daily updates
Track and manage project activities, timelines, and resource utilization reports
Assist in maintaining documentation for audits, utility bills, rental agreements, and AMC records
Support the Admin/Project leads in preparing dashboards, expense trackers, and inventory records
Make occasional site visits to collect data, verify work progress, or coordinate with vendors
Candidate Requirements:
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
Experience: 1–2 years in MIS/Admin/Project Coordination roles (FMCG/Retail/Warehouse sector preferred)
Must Have Skills:
Proficient in MS Excel – VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas
Strong reporting and data management capability
Good coordination and follow-up skills with external and internal stakeholders
Preferred:
Basic understanding of project/admin processes like vendor management, site setup, or facility maintenance
Knowledge of email writing and basic documentation
Comfortable in doing local travel
Own Vehicle & DL Mandate
Reporting To: Project/Admin Manager
CTC: Up to 3 LPA
Job Type: On-site / Field coordination required as per project needs.
