Kedia Pavitra, a leading FMCG brand backed by Kedia Homes, is looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage, analyze, and interpret data for informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate reports, ensuring data integrity, and supporting operational efficiency through effective MIS systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management & Reporting:
Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for sales, inventory, and finance.
Generate customized reports and dashboards as per business requirements.
Process Automation:
Develop automated reporting tools to streamline data analysis and reduce manual work.
Data Analysis:
Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for operational improvement.
Coordination:
Collaborate with sales, procurement, finance, and operations teams for data collection and validation.
Compliance & Accuracy:
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Documentation:
Maintain documentation of reporting processes and standards.
ERP & Software Management:
Handle ERP-related tasks and coordinate with IT teams for issue resolution.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage large datasets with precision.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Working Conditions:
Full-time position based at Jaipur, with standard office hours.
