Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive who can efficiently manage data, generate reports, and support business operations through insights. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Advanced Excel, good communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams, especially in B2B and SaaS sales environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
Analyze sales and operational data to identify trends and insights
Work extensively on Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, etc.)
Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting
Coordinate with B2B and SaaS sales teams for data collection and updates
Track sales performance and generate dashboards/reports for management
Support decision-making through data analysis and reporting
Maintain proper documentation and data records
Required Skills & Qualifications:
6 months to 1 year of experience in MIS / Data Reporting role
Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (mandatory)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work with cross-functional teams
Basic understanding of B2B and SaaS sales processes
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in sales reporting or CRM tools
Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus
