• Minimum 2 years of experience working in MIS or Data Analyst role
• ÂKnowledge: Understanding of the process, evaluation & feedback, reporting and analysis
• ÂEstablish controls on Transaction Processing, aiming for a Zero Defect Output
• ÂReport and Publish data Metrics
• Publish Dashboards-Hourly, Daily, Weekly and Monthly
• ÂProvide Feedback and suggestions for improvement
• ÂGAP Analysis
• ÂError Analysis and RCA
• ÂAdherence to Internal and External MIS Audit Requirements
• Continuous Focus and Drive to meet and exceed SLA]s
• Drive Org. Level Initiatives based on data
