Job Description
Elevate is recruiting an MIS Executive to support the increase of work in our Contracts DMG team. As an MIS Executive, you will perform Compile and build logic in data and provide Delivery support and checks.
Specifically, you will
• Devise and implement efficient and secure procedures for data management and analyse with attention to all technical aspects
• Discover efficient ways to organize, store and analyse data with attention to security and confidentiality
• To ensure that information flows timely and securely to and from the organization as well as within
• Review presentations, manuscripts, tables and graphs for accuracy and quality
• Monitor and analyse information and data systems and evaluate their performance to discover ways of enhancing them (new technologies, upgrades etc)
• Assist in formatting Word documents, PPT
• Ensure the integrity, confidentiality and security of all datasets
• Assist in applying Vlook-up, Pivot etc. and troubleshooting any data-related problems
Experience
• Experience 2-3 years in MIS field, knowledge of advanced excel formulas, Macros.
Technical Skills
• Excellent advanced excel skills
• Hands on experience in MS Office (Excel, Word, Ppt, etc)
• Should have excellent computer operating and typing skills
• Knowledge of near sheets, macros will be a plus

• Positive interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain cooperative, courteous working relationships with others.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications
• Any graduate with strong academics (minimum 55%) from a reputed institute.
• Advanced excel certification will be an added advantage.
