About the Role: Statiq is looking for a MIS analyst who will be responsible for collating all the required data of the particular division and presenting it in a presentable way. Your main tasks will include performing detailed analysis of our process through analysing various data sets and forming proper communication process for efficient workflow. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deeper understanding of the business process and process flow with good interpersonal skills.
MIS Analyst Responsibilities:
• Data collation of the department.
• Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis.
• Develop MIS system for internal communication.
• Analysing data using statistical techniques and providing reports.
• Acquiring data from primary and secondary sources and maintain data systems.
• Identifying, analysing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Creating Dashboards and presentation of various data in order to have a real time access to all information.
• To ensure that information flows timely and securely to and from the organization as well as within • Collect and coordinate data from Site Teams, and log into datasets
• Carry out information/data analysis and flag any issues to management/stakeholders
Skills:
• Advanced Excel • VBA • Macros • Dashboard • Pivot Table • Power Query • Power Pivot • Import Data to excel from other sources • Good SharePoint knowledge
MIS Analyst Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in MIS role or a related field.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Advanced technical skills.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management, organization and presentation skills.
