2. Front desk management
3. Welcoming all guests and visitors
4. Managing guest related activities- organizing beverages, meals
5. Assist in supervising office boys and housekeeping
6. Answer all incoming calls, & redirect them accordingly.
7. Receive letters, packages etc. and deliver them to the concerned person/department
8. Visiting markets & other places when necessary
+. Assist in supervising day to day operations of admin department.
10. Maintaining Admin related registers and documents
11. Coordinate with maintenance dept for repair and servicing of office equipment when necessary
12. Quotation from vendors when necessary
13. Making transportation arrangements for material/personnel
14. Co-ordinating with HR to organize internal and external events.
15. Assist HR for documentation (EPF, ESI, LWF etc.)
16.Assisting other departments whenever required
Requirements:
1. 2-3 years’ experience in HR-Admin profile
2 Internet skills including use of emails, web surfing to gather required information
3. Team player
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily tasks.
