Job Summary

· Customer data base Handle

· Customer requirement & complaint handle

· Communication, feedback, Survey report, CRM review,

· Sales order control,

· Taking care of sales manual list,

· Independent correspondence handle

· Quotation.

· Pleasing personality,

· Fluent in English, Hindi, & Bengali,

· Smart, Tactful & sincere.

· Zoom meeting co-ordination.

· Co-ordination with deferent department & HODs for sales report.

· Must be good in Excel Formulas.

· Minutes of meeting.

.Preparing MIS data for sales meeting and management.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Degree in any discipline, Certificate course in CRM preferred, 2-3 yrs experience in similar trade/ industry, MIS excel-Formula, tally knowledge required.
