Requisite:
Applicants with 1 years of relevant MIS work experience in any BPO / KPO
Design, develop and support various daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting
Maintaining ensuring data quality
Extraction and mining of raw data, number crunching and
converting them to useful information
Consolidate and track various reports
Create report templates
Collate reports from different queues and prepare dashboards
Automate reports to reduce man-hours spent on existing reports
Prepare and publish weekly and monthly dashboards to management
