Handling Cheques , Calculating trnasfers , Calculating AHT.Making MIS Report by using Excel.Agent Performance, Touch Point Promoters, Avaya ID, CRM ID CreationMonthly Client MBR PPT Requirement will be shared to OperationSharing monthly to BSG Team for Performance IncentivePresent-day Tagging inputs( Like No Tagging as per ACD Calls to Quality),SL Update every Hour to Operation.Month End Activity like Volumetric, RNP KPI ,Attendance Closing will done for CHN Center & Will Shared to MIS HeadAutomation done through MS-Access for Incomplete Tagging & through MS Excel Streamline Some of the reports & reduce the files size and compact to Operation , Clients
