MIS Executive
Job Role: Management Information System Executive – is responsible for planning, coordinating and directing all kinds of reports for smooth running of the business operations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide support and maintenance to existing MIS system
Generate and distribute management reports in an accurate and timely manner
Develop MIS documentation to allow smooth operation and easy system maintenance
Provide recommendation to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency
Performing data analysis for generating reports periodically
Developing MIS system for customer management and internal communication
Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to the management team
Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology and similar.
6+ months of experience in MIS profile.
Ability to work fast with accuracy and excellent typing speed.
Self-driven, persistent, action oriented and goal driven.
Experience of working in MIS/Dashboard, daily reporting in data intensive organization
Good intelligence to understand data and link with business.
Strong hands-on experience on MIS Tools, Excel tools - v lookup/ pivot table.
Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks regarding documentation, reporting and basic mail etiquette.
Eager to learn.
