Job Description
Downloading Data from Systems and mapping the same as per the requirement, coordinating with different teams for the data and checking its accuracy. • Generating Preparing Daily, Weekly, Monthly MIS Reports. • Preparing presentations, Graphs and analytical reports. • Develop and execute data-based experiments to increase the efficiency of decision making • Required to generate, maintain, consolidate and track various reports. • Planning, monitoring, analysing and troubleshooting IT frameworks. • Overseeing advanced security and ensuring all anti-virus and firewalls are routinely refreshed. • Managing the expansion and maintenance of websites and guaranteeing the safety of clients’ information. • Analyzing existing tasks, conventions, and processes, and making arrangements for development. • Identify the opportunities of automating the reports, snapshots and dashboards using advanced formulae, Macros, VB and other techniques. • Work on Advance Excel/ Google sheets manage tasks and execution plans, team • Knowledge of data analysis and usage requirements. • Handling multiple reports, working with formulas, pivot tables pivot charts and various other excel sheet components for accurate data • Updating various informative Dashboards on a daily and weekly basis • Emailing Reconciled MIS Reports with data visualization details using charts like Bar Chart • Pie Charts, experience data analysis, prioritizing and managing tasks/requests, team management exposure and self-motivation with a high level of ownership.
