MIS - India Day Shift
Key Parameters
India Day shift (10 am - 7 pm)
Location - Senapati Bapat Road, Pune
CTC - upto 5 lpa
2-3 years of data entry/data enrichment experience
Advanced excel and formula is required.
Should be excellent in microsoft excel, Min 2 yrs.
Should be expert in rearranging, formatting, cleaning data
Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
Description
MIS executive is an important role .You will also make sure that the sales data is cleaned, sorted, and enriched with additional research.
Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
Data extraction and cleaning of contact information from Seamless.io and
Zoominfo based on names and titles for a particular campaign/event.
Uploading the data to Freshsales CRM
Researching other social media sources like LinkedIn to gather information about relevant contacts and specific information
Using VLOOKUP to ensure there is no duplicity of new data with the existing database
Leading any other data cleaning and extraction tasks at Zinrelo
Maintaining and managing the repository of the databases
Should be able to manually gather data from social media as well
other sources.
Should be able to generate MIS in the form of pivots, graphs,
charts etc
Job Requirements
2-3 years of prior data extraction and enrichment experience
Good computer skills
Good data entry skills with no mistakes
Adept working on Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail & excellent reporting skills
