MIS Executive- Job Description
The MIS function is critical to get a realistic view of operational quality of the Centres, including the Bharosa Centres. The MIS function will be responsible for data collection with respect to Attendance, Expenditure, Feedback Gathering exercises, Data dump from various software applications etc, for review and analytics.
Hands-on experience with MS Excel is absolutely must for this function. Exposure to webforms and Business Analytics Tools will be a great advantage.
Criteria Requirement
Qualification:
Any Graduate with 3 years of experience in MIS function (and not Data Entry) with experience in collection and aggregation of large volume data from multiple stakeholders.
Gender: Any
Experience:
Experience in Report Preparation in Excel
Experience in making PPTs using various Charts and Tables
Experience in supporting accounts team in claims and reimbursements Management etc.
Skills:
Proficient in MS Excel
Pivot Table
Pivot Chart
Text to Column
Advanced Find and Replace

V Look Up
Data Cleaning
Web Forms
Creating online forms for data collection, ex: near forms
Understanding of various kinds of fields and their usages.
Live reports generation through Google Sheets etc.

Helping in passing of accounting entries in Tally or Focus
Maintaining books of records, including month-wise year-wise payment vouchers, petty cash register, etc.

Languages: Should be fluent in Telugu & English. Should have working knowledge of
Hindi.
Location: The MIS Executive will be working out of Bharosa CDEW PMU (Bharosa
Society) located in SHE Teams headquarters, Women Safety Wing, Lakdi Ka Pul, Hyderabad. There will be intra-city and occasional inter-city travel within the state requirements for project implementation and monitoring purposes for which commute will be provided as and when the need arises.
Compensation- The remuneration payable is INR 30 thousand per month, with an annual appreciation of not less than 5% based on performance and continuance of project
The tenure of the contract: is co-terminus with project funding. The initial contract will be for 1 year. Annual performance appraisals will determine continuity of service, year on year.
