Position title:
MIS -Executive
Location- Kandivali
Objective of the role
Advance Excel, Excel VBA, MIS preparation, Prepare dashboard, Analyses Bizom and DMS Data
Key responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Ensure Data Validity and data correctness in DMS
• Coordinate for Data matching activity with DMS team and Distributor
• Ensure ++% Distributor Data match for all the brands
• Maintain Tracker day wise on Data reco
• Ensure Data Validity and data correctness in DMS
• Coordinate for Data matching activity with DMS team and Distributor
• Ensure Bizom data correctness, Daily analysis of the entries done, Prepare dashboard and submit to CTO
• Maintain Tracker day wise on Data reco
• Daily data monitoring and preparing various reports and send to Business , analyse why data not matched and propose corrective action
• Daily monitoring Invoice ush status from SAP to DS Tally and prepare report based on this
• Monitor DS Data synch activity
• Prepare actionable data and from the data dump
• Involved in data collation, interpretation & analysis
• Tracking & analyzing data
• Conducting trend analysis to assist the critical decision-making process
• Data Auditing
• Coordination with Distributor and Sales executive to ensure data correctness.
• Daily data monitoring and preparing various reports and send to Business , analyse why data not matched and propose corrective action
• Daily monitoring Invoice ush status from SAP to DS Tally and prepare report based on this
• Monitor DS Data synch activity
• Prepare actionable data and from the data dump
• Involved in data collation, interpretation & analysis
• Tracking & analyzing data
• Conducting trend analysis to assist the critical decision-making process
• Data Auditing
• Coordination with Distributor and Sales executive to ensure data correctness.
Competencies/skills
• Excellent knowledge of excel, SAP
Qualification
• Graduate / Postgraduate in any field
Experience
• Should have minimum 4 years’ experience.
• Excel and SAP

Salary: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
