Job Title: Data Analyst
Job Location: Work from Home
Shift: Night (EST time zone)
Salary range: 10,000 to 25,000
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting data to support decision-making, and creating reports to communicate findings to the management. The successful candidate must have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Collecting, organizing and analyzing data to generate reports on business performance
Creating and maintaining databases to store and retrieve data
Identifying trends and patterns in data and preparing reports to communicate findings to management
Conducting ad hoc analysis as required supporting decision-making
Developing and maintaining dashboards and other visual representations of data to facilitate decision-making
Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across different data sources
Working closely with cross-functional teams to gather data and develop insights
Continuously monitoring and evaluating data to identify areas for improvement and optimization
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
Proven experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar role
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large data sets
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in data
Advanced knowledge of Excel and other data visualization tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools is a plus
