Responsibilities:
-Maintaining, managing, and updating performance database.
-Publishing all performance dashboards to stakeholders
-Analyze data and make recommendations that maximize operational effectiveness, efficiency and client satisfaction
-ID management, tools management and effective people management
-Proactive management of queues ensuring optimal service levels and Handle times
-Manage daily, weekly, monthly and on-demand reporting
-Must be adept in MS – Excel
-Written and spoken communication English skills that allow to inform and advise supervisors clearly
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to offer solutions at all levels of leadership
