Daily supply order management:
Maintain a centralized system to track inventory levels and orders.
Set up a process for receiving and reviewing supply requests from various teams.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Keep a record of order history and monitor trends for better forecasting.
Collating data from the sales team & presenting information in the dashboard:
Design a standardized format for the sales team to submit their data.
Create a dashboard using tools like Microsoft Excel. Microsoft Word.
Regularly collect, compile, and analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Present the data in an easy-to-understand format on the dashboard, including key performance indicators (KPIs).
Tracking key performance areas:
Establish a tracking system to monitor and measure progress in each KPI.
Set targets and benchmarks for each KPI and regularly review performance against these goals.
Generate reports or visualizations to share progress and identify areas that require attention.
Collection management & reconciliation of outstanding dues:
Maintain a record of outstanding dues, including customer information and payment history.
Send regular reminders and follow-ups to customers with pending payments.
Coordinate with the finance department to reconcile payments received and update the records accordingly.
Generate reports to track the collection progress and identify any problematic accounts.
Coordinating with different teams for publishing school news & articles:
Establish a clear communication channel with different teams, such as marketing, content creators, and design.
Create a content calendar to plan and schedule the publication of news and articles.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to gather information and ensure timely content creation.
Review and edit the content before publishing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
