MIS Executive
Location: Chennai
Experience: 3 - 4 Years
Notice: Immediate - 15 Days
• Handling Cheques , Calculating trnasfers , Calculating AHT.
• Making MIS Report by using Excel.
• Agent Performance, Touch Point Promoters, Avaya ID, CRM ID Creation
• Monthly Client MBR PPT Requirement will be shared to Operation
• Sharing monthly to BSG Team for Performance Incentive
• Present-day Tagging inputs( Like No Tagging as per ACD Calls to Quality),SL Update every Hour to Operation.
• Month End Activity like Volumetric, RNP KPI ,Attendance Closing will done for CHN Center & Will Shared to MIS Head
• Automation done through MS-Access for Incomplete Tagging & through MS Excel Streamline Some of the reports & reduce the files size and compact to Operation , Clients
Job Type: Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
• Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
• Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
• total work: 1 year (Preferred)

• MS Office: 1 year (Preferred)
