Job Description:
Total Experience: 6 month to 1.5 years
Position: MIS US (Night Shift) / MIS Executive.
Location: Mumbai(Malad West).
Notice Period: immediate or within 15 days.
Budget: 12k to 17k in hand
Skills: An MIS Executive should have hands-on experience with MS Office, MS Excel
especially Pivot Tables.
Communication: Candidates should be fluent in English
Shift Time: 8 PM to 5 AM (Night Shift).
Responsibilities:
Strong experience in US taxation
Good experience in Billing and Invoicing
Efficient in using MS Excel, Pivot Tables and Interpersonal communication
MIS & Reporting - Preparing Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly performance dashboards for leadership team
Creating periodic backup of data extracted in MS Excel
Coordinating with In-Field team and Finance team for Sales Incentives data management
Efficiently handle large sets of data and be able to confidently process them into required using MS Excel and Pivot Tables
Must have strong Reporting /Analytics background
Managing and maintaining back end data files related to the project
Experience with MS Office and Data Programs
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
