Post – Mis Executive
As MIS Executive , you will be responsible for managing and analyzing data , generating reports , and providing valuable insight to support strategic decision – making and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
1. Data Management and Analysis
· Collect , validate , and maintain data from multiple sources ,including property listings , sales transactions , market trends, and financial reports.
· Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends , patterns and key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the Real Estate industry.
· Develop data models and implements strategies to enhance data quality and integrity.
2.Reporting and Dashboards
· Prepare and present regular , Executive summaries and visual dashboard to provide insight on market trends , property performance sales forecasting and other key matrices.
3. Performance Monitoring and Evaluation
· Monitoring and evaluate the performance of Real Estate projects , sales teams and marketing campaigns based on predefined metrics.
· Identify areas of improvements and provide actionable recommendations to optimize operational efficiency , revenue generation and customer satisfaction.
· Conduct research and competitive analysis to benchmark the company’s performance against industry standards.
4. Data Base Management
· Maintain and update the company database , ensure data accuracy , integrity and security.
· Develop and implement data management processes , including data extraction, cleansing, transformation and loading.
Qualifications and skills
· Bachelor’s degree.
· Proven experience in data analysis , reporting , an MIS functions within the Real Estate industry.
· Proficiency in database management system SQL and Oracle. And data visualization tools Tableau, Power BI.
Salary : 15000/ to 25000/
Working days – 6 days working in a week.
