Job role:
We are looking for QA in the Operations Department of our company. The job includes ensuring that the provided quality service is in line with organizational objectives and working on multiple tech tools/platforms for research, analysis and preparing reports. Hands-on experience of working on MS-Excel & the Internet is required.

We focus on Tier-2, 3 & 4 towns & villages, covering 11000 pin codes (60%) of India through a vast network of last-mile (tech-enabled) feet-on-street (FOS) network of 40,000 Digital Runners.

Responsibilities:
• Understanding the procedural logic and perform the duties accordingly
• Discuss and explain the errors and quality issues with the team and provide suggestions for improvement.
• Working on MS Excel and other tech tools/platforms and analyzing the data, evaluating the actuals with the standards and taking corrective actions in case of deviation.
• Quality Analysts are responsible for the quality of the delivered task and the reports.
• Compile and analyze statistical data and prepare MIS/Reports.
• Quality Analysis, Productivity optimization, & Coordination with the team members.
• Data Validation, process and Quality improvement and giving feedback.
• Understand and gain expertise in the working process, guidelines, and parameters of the assigned tasks
Requirements:
For Experienced Candidates:
• 1+ years of experience in the industry
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 1+ years spent working in back-office/operations work
• Good MS-Excel Skills, Computer & Internet knowledge.
• Who possesses an eye for detail, fact-finding
• Ability to nudge, judge, and find errors
• Attention to detail and have analytical and problem-solving abilities
For Freshers:
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Good MS-Excel Skills, Computer & Internet knowledge.
• Internship Experience will be a plus
• Ability to learn quickly and hands-on experience of working on MS-Excel will be an added advantage
• Who possesses an eye for detail, fact-finding
• Ability to nudge, judge, and find errors
• Attention to detail and have analytical and problem-solving abilities
Work Timings: 10 am to 7 pm, 6 Days a week, Sunday Off
Work Contract: 3 months starting immediately, can be extended further based on the performance
