Responsibilities and Duties:
• This is a team lead role. Expected to take a lead in driving business decisions through embedding use of data analytics at various stages of the Digital lending customer journey involving underwriting, verification, fraud risk mitigation, portfolio management and Collections.
• To drive defining the roadmap for Digital Analytics in the organization to facilitate usage of analytics in line with best practices in the fintech industry / NBFCs Banks in Digital lending
• To take the lead in liaising with Business, Risk and Technology in defining customer journey, information capture and application of analytics to drive Business outcomes. Ideate and execute data backed strategies for straight through process loan disbursal in Digital lending
•Play an active role in imbibing learnings from various fintech partnerships to incorporate Digital lending analytics best practices.
• Educate, influence, and collaborate with key leaders/stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and profitability through analytical insight
• To provide analytics support to enable policy decisions to grow / reduce the business in line with the business- Risk Appetite and target portfolio.
• To translate the policies into the right underwriting standards and ensure that the end-to-end customer lifecycle performance (from underwriting through to collections and recoveries) is in line with expectations.
• To monitor the health of the portfolio in terms vintage performance
• Reviewing the credit scorecards/risk segmentation criteria to evaluate if they remain predictive of risk.
• Present data analysis findings in a clear and concise manner and offer recommendations based on key insights uncovered
Qualification:
• Post Graduate in a relevant subject or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education and training.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Analytics in Fintech, insuretech, meditech. In all 5+ years’ experience in Analytics with Banks / NBFCs. Leadership experience in driving Analytics initiatives and teams required.
