Job Description
• Strong hand in Excel and MS Office skills.
• Should have experience in creating Data used for analytics.
• Should have experience in making presentations and pivots.
• Eye for Micro details to assess data sets received from multiple stakeholders and should be analytical mind.
• Strong interpersonal skills aiding coordination between Internal and External stakeholders.
• Ability to Collate and analyse data for the entire process on a monthly/Weekly/Daily.
• Engage with different work streams to proactively collaborate to drive SLA’s.
• Builds productive relationships internally and externally, fostering teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activities.
• Provide accurate and timely management information, to include - activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts, KPI’s
• Adhere to the Company’s Quality and Business Processes
Requirements
Eligibility
• Spent Minimum 1 year in the system.
• Previous MIS experience mandatory.
• Advance excel, Excel based MS Excel VLOOKUP, H Lookup, Pivot table, Data Analysis and Graphical representation of data.
• Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders both internal & External.
• Zero escalation / Behavioral issues in the last 6 months
