We are looking for MIS Executive in Gurugram location. n What you will be doing: Preparing and updating daily, weekly and monthly procurement data, MIS reports and data analysis Daily data uploading on Dialer & calling sheets for agents MIS reporting to management daily Preparation of daily agent & process level performance reports Take measures to improve/enhance MIS data reports/system 6 days working with rotational week off basis business requirement Handling and integrating large volumes of data from various sources. Business performance analysis and reporting: Analyzing the KPIs on a regular basis to monitor the health of the business and related reporting to the Top Management Preparing quarterly & Monthly decks and getting the same reviewed to the top management Variance analysis: Analyzing the variances against past performance and Planned and identifying the reasons for deviation Mining data, performing analysis, coming up with actionable insights, creating dashboards and presentations Who we're looking for: 2-3 years of experience in the similar role Analytical thinking comfortable handling numbers and data. Good Command On MS (Advanced Excel, Office , Power point ). Basic knowledge required for VBA/SQL & BI Tools.
