1. Support in doing RCA for the Client and Internal stake holders. 2. Identifying problematic areas and recommend industry-based solutions, MIS and Reports, Preparing PPTs for performance reviews, Preparing SOPs and documentations for Internal processes. 3. Perform Audits and deriving Agent performance, Analytics towards Penalty and Cost reduction, Support other functions for automating reports, templates, lookup files, etc.
