Job Description
· To operate and maintain decision support system for sales and co-ordinate HR related activities.
· Prepare reports like (Daily Sales Report, Target Vs. Achievement Report, Market Share gain loss report, Sales Scorecard, Sales Volume Growth Report)
· Prepare Shipment and Depletion Outlook and tracking the deviations
· Support Region Head and Region Finance Manager in preparation of Budget
· Prepare and Analyzed reports like (Trade Payout Analytics, Pricing Analytics, Contributive Margin Market Share)
· Some other activities like (Master Data Management, Cost Card Preparation, Ad-Hoc Reporting)
· Understanding on Analytics tools like MS Power BI, Power Pivot, Power Query, & Advanced Excel
Key Responsibilities
1. Responsible for managing the following activities in Master Data Management (MDM) and any other related work -
· Customer Master
· Customer Outlet mapping
· JDE Customer mapping
· Customer SKU mapping
· Manage Organization /Geography Master
· Update Masters as per SLA
· Tackle rejection alerts real time basis.
2. Responsible for maintaining Portal by
· Scheduling and uploading templates.
· Tracking timely receipt and upload of Portal templates
· Checking the sanity of data
· Ensuring up to date configuration of portal
3. As a Power User extend the following supports
· Using ad hoc reports develop required MIS for the sales function
· Act as first level (L0) support for sales team
· Drive the usage of SRS reports among the sales team.
· Service reporting requirements of Sales team
· Facilitate resolving technical challenges by logging issues in the IT tracker and following up with IT support team.
4. Be vigilant on Data Governance Cockpit for the SMILE application.
5. Monthly data Reconciliation between the source system and SRS
6. Prepare presentations and analysis of data. Extend support in Budget, S&D presentation preparation
7. Act as an alternate resource to Supply Chain Manager (in absence).
8. Coordinate HR and Administrative Activities

· With Sales Team for Data
· With Other Data stewards to stay updated
· With National Data coordinator for regular updates.
· Be a link between Sales and Supply Chain to help close the loop where required
Externally
· Vendors for vendor payment etc.
· With DSMs for data
Profile Details
Qualification:
· Graduate with 4-7 years of experience in similar field
Experience
• Excellent in Computer skills, especially Excel and Power point and Power BI
• Good Analytical skills
• Ability to understand and create reports.
• Exposure to ERP and BII tools is preferable.
• FMCG/Telecom background preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales analysis
Behavioural skills
• Should be assertive and persuasive.
• Should be a team player.
