Job Title Job Type Location Executive - MIS Full Time Ahmedabad Job Summary: Our healthcare organization is seeking for a data analyst officer. The data analyst officer will be responsible for gathering and processing large sets of data from various sources and various perspectives as well as supporting the work of senior analysts. Key responsibilities: 1) Data Collection and Management - data entry involves inputting various types of information into a excel or software - regular cleaning of data and - collecting & managing data from various sources and various perspectives. 2) Data Analysis: Conducting basic data analysis and excel functions to identify patterns and trends 3) Report Preparation: Preparing reports and presentations summarizing the findings of data analysis, including charts, tables, and other visualizations, ensuring that reports are accurate and well-formatted. 4) Quality Assurance: Verifying the accuracy and completeness of data, and ensuring that data is consistent across different sources. Junior data analysts may also be responsible for identifying data quality issues and working with senior analysts to resolve them. 5) Collaboration: Working collaboratively with senior data analysts, stakeholders to identify data needs, develop solutions, and communicate findings. Qualifications & Experience: - Graduate in any stream - Preferably 1 year of experience Skills Excel Skills - Basic functions like SUM, Average, Count, MAX & MIN, Pivot, Vlookup, Concatenate. Attention to Details: The ability to work with precision and accuracy, ensuring that data is entered and processed correctly. Critical Thinking: The ability to analyze problems, identify trends and patterns Data Analysis Skills - The ability to use data analysis tools and techniques to extract insights from large and complex data sets, and to present those insights in a clear and understandable way. Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with other departments. Teamwork: The ability to collaborate with other team members, such as data scientists, healthcare professionals, and project managers. Problem: - Solving: The ability to identify and solve problems independently or with the help of the team, and to seek out resources when needed.
