Skills required: Metrics Calculations and Visualizations, SQL, VBA, Macros, Python, ETL & Visualizations, PowerBi

Notice period: Immediate- 30 Days.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Analysis / Analytics for Performance Enhancement and Performance Management
• Monitor and set early warnings for customer target (OKR) for queue
• Ensure on-time delivery and accuracy of deliverables (data, dashboard, and reports)
• Meet the internal team target of Utilization, Shrinkage, Attrition
• Effective communication and presentation to stakeholders
• Mentor team on skills like Metrics Calculations and Visualizations
• Provide solutions to any complex people-related challenges in the team
• Perform regular appraisal of team member’s performance and devise strategies to help with improvement
• Ensure that the company’s data and information are protected from unauthorized access
• Reports automation
• Effort reduction of the MIS executive
